Prosthodontic and Stomatognathic
Physiology Divsion
The Prosthodontic and the
Stomatognathic Physiology Division is
organized in order to treat individuals with severe disorders in the
Stomatognathic system and individuals with different needs of advanced oral rehabilitation.
All types of prosthodontic treatment are performed, but the work is specially focused on advanced fixed
reconstructions. For optimal oral rehabilitation the service of the division includes a combination of work
with natural involved teeth and dental implants. All treatment includes long follow-ups to
optimize prognostic judgements.
Postgraduate education in oral rehabilitation is directed towards both national and international dentists. A variety of different courses
in
oral rehabilitation are provided.
The research profile of the division includes
prosthodontic, stomatognatic
physiology and implants.
